Welcome to the  Lakeview Concert Series. We are excited to offer you a wide variety of musical experiences for your listening pleasure.

Lakeview Concert Series

Most of our events are paired with a dinner in Smoot Hall before the performance.  Dinner reservations must be made in the church office or online by 4 pm on Monday.  Cost is $6, payable at the door. Doors of Smoot Hall open for dinner at 5:30 pm.

Concerts begin at 6:30 pm in the Worship Center and last one hour with no intermission. Tickets are not required for our concerts but we do receive a free-will offering for all evening events

DryHeatBandDry Heat Band

Dry heat is a band from the northwest valley area of Phoenix, Arizona that performs a variety of music from Western, Country, Folk, Bluegrass, Old Standards and Gospel.  

Band members are: Tony Miller, Dave Brinkman, Carol Blackburn and Mike Blackburn

Desert Aires Barbershop ChorusDesert Aires Barbershop Chorus

Originating in September 1976 with just eight men wanting to sing four-part harmony, the group grew over the years to its present 55 members with the title of Desert Aires Barbershop Chorus. The Chorus has presented annual concerts for thirty consecutive years, and has performed hundreds of times for various groups, as well as donating performances for charitable organizations and the Sun Cities Recreation Centers functions. They have contributed substantial amounts to local charities each year.

ChoraliersChoraliers Christmas Program

The Choraliers of Sun City, directed by Jane Brambilla, is a mixed vocal ensemble consisting of members who love to sing. Choralier members have varying backgrounds in music from vocalist to music instructors to practicing musicians.

The Choraliers of Sun City sing: Broadway show tunes, Pop ballads, Standard big band classics, Vocal jazz, Spirituals, Patriotic, Classical.

Trilogy Jazz CollectiveTrilogy Jazz Collective

The Trilogy Jazz Collective performs straight ahead traditional jazz standards, bossa’s, sambas as well as some pop favorites.  We can configure the music for your event as a duo, trio , or quartet, including jazz guitar, bass, sax and drums.

West Valley Youth Orchestra and Cadet StringsWest Valley Youth Orchestra and Cadet Strings

The West Valley Youth Orchestra is a non-profit organization offering beginning and advanced music training through two ensembles: The Cadet Strings, comprised of beginning string players at a Suzuki Book 2 or equivalent level, and the Youth Orchestra, for string players at Suzuki Book 4 level and above and advanced wind players.
