In-Person worship and classes policies and procedures
The safety of our Lakeview family is of highest importance and if you have been sick or in contact with someone sick, we respectfully require that you continue to worship with us online.
Yes! Our Campus is open and has an 8 and 9:30 am Worship Service, in addition to several weekly classes.
Registration is only required for our Sunday Worship services using the link below. Seating for the worship service will be handled on a first-come basis.
Currently we require you to wear a face-covering (mask and/or shield) when attending worship. We value the health of our members and guests!
If you are not comfortable wearing a face-covering for the time being please continue to worship with us online.
We will seat you as you arrive in alternating rows (filling in from the front to the back), and we will make sure seats are filled so that you do not have to step over or by someone already seated. Families will be seated together.
We ask that you please maintain “social distancing” and refrain from hugging, shaking hands.
We will sanitize the Worship Center between services so they are clean before the next group enters.
Entrance into the sanctuary will be limited to one direction. We will dismiss through a different path by rows so people will not cross and exits will not be crowded.
While we greatly desire to worship together with each of you, the safety of our entire Lakeview family is of paramount importance. We also wish to respect the desires of each individual and family in choosing whether to join us in person or remain worshiping online.
If you or someone in your family has had a fever, cough, traveled, or been asked to quarantine by a medical or government official in the last 14 days, we appreciate your willingness to stay home and help protect others.
Look for signs to help direct you to the front of the sanctuary. We will only enter from the main door where you will be greeted by ushers.
Arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to each service when the doors open.
Wear your mask and use the hand sanitizers when you enter the building. You will be checked for temperature as you enter.
Please sit where directed, do not take down barriers to other pews as we have planned for appropriate distancing.
We won’t be using bulletins or hymnals (but you’re used to that now!) but there will be a Worship Outline available on the website before Sunday morning if you wish to print one out.
When exiting the church, we will leave row-by-row to avoid bunching up.
Be ready to worship and attentive to God’s word for you!
Sunday worship services requires weekly registration for now and is limited to a pre-determined safe capacity. Registration will close when the capacity has been reached. We will only be able to take walk-ins on a space-available basis.
This is so we can plan, to know when to add additional services while maintaining a safe place to Worship.
Seats will be available on a first-come basis, and doors will open 30 minutes prior to each service.
As much as we would like to give hugs and shake hands, due to our greater desire to maintain the health and safety of our Lakeview family, we will not have these times of greeting until further notice.
We will observe communion each week and will have individually, pre-packaged elements for those participating.
We will not serve coffee or refreshments until further notice.
We have added giving plates by all exits for you to drop off your offering as you exit the service, as well as the available online giving options, so we will not be passing the offering plates during the service.
Our campus is constantly being cleaned, and we will sanitize the seats and wipe down surfaces and doors between services and after the services each Sunday along with other campus classes and gatherings.
We will sanitize the restrooms throughout the morning.
Hand sanitizers can be found in strategic locations throughout our campus and can be used by everyone at any time.
Please remember to frequently wash your hands, and if you or anyone in your family is not feeling well, please stay home.
