UMW Tea Party

Tea Party 2018 United Methodist Women held a tea party on Sat, Apr 21. Many wore beautiful, and unusual, hats and were on their best tea party Ps and Qs. A short business meeting, an inspirational meditation by Phyllis Mitchell, and a proposed mission report by Kathe Wilson started us off. UMW Book Club The UMW Book Club will be meeting in the library at 10:00 a.m. on April 26, 2018. All are welcome to join us. We have fun discussing the books that we have read. We choose books that are in the UMW section of the library and also off of the regular shelves. It is followed by our fellowship with each other. Come and join us, it is open to everyone!

UMW – Looking Forward

Mon., March 21 Lakeview United Methodist Women were guests of Willowbrook Unit for their spring luncheon and program. Attending were Phyllis Mitchell, Donna Petterson, Eileen Pike and Susan Briner. The program was titled “The Legacy of Faithful Women,” presented by Sierra Noel. 2018 Reading Program United Methodist Women are involved in mission and that includes prayer, study and action.
